
In the CrossFit World, each class is called a WOD — short for Workout of the Day. Every WOD is carefully planned and shared on our app, so you can see what’s coming before you book.

Not up for a WOD? No problem. Our gym is always open for you to train on your own, giving you the freedom to work out your way.

One-off workshops, run once a month, covering either Olympic weightlifting, Gymnastics, Hyrox, Strongman or Powerlifting.

Our Workouts of the Day (WODs) are scheduled at set times throughout the week, making it easy to fit fitness into your routine.
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 10:00 am, 5:30 pm, and 6:30 pm
* Monday & Wednesday 6.30 pm class is a Hyrox-inspired session.
Friday: 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 10:00 am, and 5:30 pm.
The 5.30 pm class focuses on Olympic lifting.
There's no 6:30 pm class — many members like to kick off the weekend early!
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am
Each weekday WOD can accommodate up to 10 members, and weekend WODs up to 20 members. It’s never a problem to get booked on, and every class maintains a supportive, community-focused environment.
Your monthly/annual subscription covers all of these classes.
Whether you’re an early bird or prefer evening sessions, every class is designed to challenge, motivate, and support all fitness levels. Every WOD is like having a personal trainer, without the hefty price tag!
When there isn’t a WOD scheduled, you’re welcome to use our gym at your convenience. Our gym isn’t always manned, so you’ll be provided with an entry code to access the space safely and independently.
This is your time to work out your way, at your pace. With a mini-kitchen, bathroom facilities, and drinks, you can enjoy a comfortable and flexible environment to focus on your fitness goals.
Open gym is included in your monthly/annual subscription.


Whether you’re new to CrossFit and want to build confidence before joining a class, or you’re looking to perfect a specific skill, our private coaching sessions are designed for you.

Join us for our one-off training workshops, held once a month on Saturdays from 11:00 am–12:30 pm. Each session focuses on a different discipline — from Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Hyrox, to Strongman and Powerlifting.
These workshops are a great way to develop new skills, improve your technique, and push your training to the next level.

For children aged 5–16 years
Our fun and supportive CrossFit class helps children build strength, confidence, and coordination — all while having a great time! The class is coached by team GB Olympic Lifter, Jess, so your children are truly in the best hands.
If your child is on the younger side, we kindly ask that parents stay during the session. We have a comfortable seating area where you can watch and wait.
You can pay by the session or buy a punch card for up to 10 sessions at a discounted price.
